Tilly (2 1/2) has been coming to Kimbalu for six months now and she loves both Kimba and the songs she learns (the CD is a must have!) What's great about Kimbalu classes is they are not just a sing-a-long but start to instil a love of music, rhythm, and the different sounds instruments make. As well as concepts of loud and quiet! ;)
Thanks Lorrie and Kimba

Kimbalu has been wonderful for my daughter who is just over 2. Lorrie is completely nurturing and has a wonderful way of engaging with all the children. There is variety each week, singing, play, musical instruments - it is a wonderful group for young children and I would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you.

Thanks Lorrie and everyone who helped to make the Xmas nativity puppet show so amazing today. Tia and Caitlin always love coming to Kimbalu and couldn't wait to get dressed up with thier big sister as angels for today. All 3 had a wonderful time today and by the looks on their faces, loved watching the puppets! :D

Thank you Lorrie and Jan for a fantastic term! Edison is really settling well into Friday morning class. He loves Kimba and is always so happy throughout the class. We have such a wonderful time in class and together - a great time for us to bond! Will be attending all the sessions planned for the Summer and can't wait until next term!

A sad day for us as it was our last Kimbalu, due to Reece starting school in September.
Reece and I have had such a great four years and four years before that with my daughter Holly!
We will miss our fridays and all the wonderful people we got to know.
My niece is expecting a baby in December so I will certainly be recommending Kimbalu to her!
Thankyou so much Lorrie and Jackie, we will miss you * * *

Admin reply: Hi Vicky,
Thanks so much for the lovely comment on the Kimbalu website. Thanks for coming along for such a long time - it's been a delight to have you and your lovely children joining us each week. We're likely to do a Christmas service/craft activity fun time on Sunday pm 4th Dec at Shm Community Centre so will keep you posted...incase Holly and Reece would like one more opportunity to dress up at Christmas!!
Hope you have a lovely summer and Reece enjoys school,
Love Lorrie x :o

I have been bringing my twins, Samuel and Amelia since they were crawling and they are nearly 3 and a half now and still love it! Each class has a similar format which is reassusing for the little ones but also has plenty of variation to keep things interesting. Great catchy songs which are easy for everyone to learn and a range of instruments keep the babies and toddlers entertained and smiling. Lorrie also uses props such as balloons, a parachute, hoops, scarves and everyone loves it when the bubbles come out! My kids love coming along and everyone is very supportive if your having a challenging day or if one of them has a tantrum mid class!
But to be honest, the best thing about Kimbalu is how sociable it is. I have met lots of great people and its great to be able to stay for a coffee afterwards while the kids play (especially when the weather is wet or in the middle of winter!)
I can't recomment Kimbalu highly enough, its by far the best baby/todler i have been to, thanks Lorrie!

Admin reply: Hi Jo,
Thanks so much for your kind comments. It's been lovely to have you and your delightful twins coming along each week.
Hope they enjoy their extra days at nursery...I'm sure they'll get lots of opportunity to make music there!
Have a great summer,
Lorrie x :D
