What a great CD! The classes are a hard act to follow but you have done it. Whenever my 22 month old twins are finding life tough I put on the CD and they are captivated and transformed into happy children again. Well done and thank you!

We are loving Kimbalu and the CD is worth every penny, we listen to it in the car and at home and it manages to get Hatti out of the most noisy tantrums! I will be sad to go back to work and miss this music class in particular as Lorrie is so brilliant and always warm and good fun. :D :D

Thank you so much for this wonderful class. Rose and all the other children seem to love it so much. The varietey of songs, rhymes, scarves, various instruments, hoops, bubbles, parachutes etc keeps their interest and Laurie's lovely, positive, encouraging manner with the children calms and also energises us all! Thank you to you all. :)

I have been coming to kimbalu(previously "tots n tunes";) for the last 7 years! Initally with my daughter Holly, from the age of 6 months, until she started school. She would have come for longer if possible as she loved it so much.
I now come with my little boy Reece, age 2, he too has been coming from the age of 6 months and loves it just as much!
As well as being a brilliant stepping stone for the children to interact with one another, gain confidence and learn new skills, it is a fun and very friendly place to be!
Us adults also get the opportunity to meet other mums, have a chat and a cuppa before and after the classes while our little ones can play in the safe hall which is well equipt with toys and iscuits if desired !!!
Holly still loves to come along on inset days and join in with her brother, helping him with the songs that she herself learnt with kimbalu 7 years ago!
Thankyou !!! :D :D :D

We've been going to Kimbalu since Sam was a baby - he loves it. He got the CD for Christmas & sings along, does all the actions, it's like having a babysitter while I make lunch! Keeps him from the telly too...

We first started Kimbalu when my little girl was 9 months old. It has been wonderful to see her grow and develop through music and song. My second, a little boy, is now engrossed and delighted with the sounds and sights (bubbles, scarfs, instruments). Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable class :)

We love the Kimbalu classes and have been coming since Jack was 6mths. I'm amazed at how much he has picked up and learnt from playing the instruments and joining in with the actions to songs. He knows more words to the songs than I do!
Jack has grown in confidence so much over the last year and a half and now Chloe is beginning to really enjoy the classes.
We have also made some great friends.

My daughter and I had tried out many singing classes before we found exactly what we were looking for in 'Kimbalu'. The class is a wondeful mix of sitting and singing but also incorporates the physical dance and movement side, which we felt was so lacking in previous groups. My daughter loves the variety of resources used and looks forward each week to see if it will be chasing bubbles, playing with scarves or hoops, experimenting with the parachute and much more.
The songs are a lovely collection of very traditional favourites to something new but what is the key to the success, is that the lyrics are easily accessible to a child and so they can quickly join in within a few weeks of hearing them. A real bonus is the piano which just adds a bit of sparkle and vibrance to the singing.
The character of Kimba the monkey is a real hit with my daughter, so much so that he came top of her christmas card list this year!
We are really pleased that since having my second daughter, who is still a baby, the class has such a great mix of ages that we feel we can all enjoy the group together. The CD has been brilliant as it fills the gap for my daughter until a long week passes before Kimbalu on Fridays again! She can really re-live the class in our front room, as she does with all the movements, especially 'Up high down low' which is her favourite.

All my children adore Kimbalu. My 8 month baby is absolutely mesmerized by the class and my 3 year old son loves joining in with all the singing and actions. It's one of the highlights of his week. It's great for me too as afterwards I get to hang out chatting to friends over a cup of tea while the children are happily playing with the toys. Only my five year old misses out -
now that she's at school she doesn't get to come any more!
